Are SARMs legal in Canada?
SARMs are not approved by Health Canada for human consumption. They can be legally purchased for research and laboratory purposes. All UniversalGear products are sold strictly for research use only.
How do I pay?
We accept Interac e-Transfer. After placing your order, send payment to Orders@universalgear.ca. No security question is needed — payments are auto-accepted. Include your order number in the message field.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Standard delivery across Canada takes 2-5 business days. All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $25.
What if my package is lost?
We guarantee delivery. If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no extra cost.
What products do you carry?
Our online shop carries SARMs in tablet format — including RAD-140, Ostarine, LGD-4033, Cardarine, and Andarine S4.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
