Research Use Only
All products sold by UniversalGear are intended strictly for research and laboratory purposes. They are not intended for human consumption. By purchasing from UniversalGear, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you intend to use the products for legitimate research purposes only.
Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer. Orders must be paid within 48 hours of placement or they may be cancelled. Payment is auto-accepted — no security question is required.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Shipping is free on orders over $150 CAD. We guarantee delivery — if your order is confirmed lost, we will reship at no extra cost.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
UniversalGear is not responsible for any misuse of products purchased from our store. All products are sold for research purposes only.
